This role is in the telecom industry and involves extensive data entry, handling a high volume of accounts, and reconciling credit cards. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our growing team in the processing of accounts payable.Responsibilities:• Assist with processing accounts payable• Process invoices and enter checks• Handle a high volume of accounts and data entry• Reconcile credit cards and perform bank reconciliations• Conduct bank deposits and scan invoices• Understand and manage credits and debits• Utilize Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel for data management• Work with Sage 50 and manage Accounts Payable (AP)• Perform Cash Reconciliations and Bank Reconciliations• Carry out Credit Card Reconciliation and prepare Journal Entries.
